Our Story

Fpounded in 1960 the Association lf Northwest Steelheaderes is a northwest icon.

Bins of salmon that have been spawned out are saved until there are enough to haul up to a site far up river to be thrown out into the river to help reestablish the vital nutrients for a healthy habitat.

These bins of Salmon are held in a refrigerated trailer donated my the Steelheaders. 

About our chapter

Meetings are normally held at Glen Otto Park located on the bank of the Sandy River on the first Thursday of the month at 7:PM. Everyone is inivted come to one of the meetings. There is no obligation to join but we are always looking for new members.
